Returns & Exchanges Any non-Margarita product is final sale. For Margarita items only: If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days with all tags intact and with your original receipt for credit or exchange only. If you are in the USA, please ship via USPS. Please DO NOT SHIP VIA UPS. If you ship via UPS then we will charge any duties charged to us back to you. Please note that all shipping charges are the customer's responsibility. This includes exchanged items being sent to you. ITEMS ON SALE OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A COUPON CODE ARE NOT RETURNABLE. Before returning the item or items Please email us for authorization. Please note: The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. We also strongly recommend to use a track-able shipping method. Please make sure the tags are attached and the items show no signs of wear including sweat, make-up, deodorant, hair and, when trying on clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume / aftershave which may leave a scent; such clothing will not be accepted and will be returned to the buyer. Once the garment has been worn, and/or washed it cannot be returned.

Shipping Method Energy Xpressions Inc. uses Canada Post service to deliver Margarita purchases. All other purchases will be shipped via USPS. In stock orders are typically processed within 2 business days of payment and parcels can arrive within 6 to 12 days depending on the shipping address. All Margarita purchases are shipped from Toronto, Ontario. All other purchases are shipped out of the U.S.A. Same-brand items are shipped in a single parcel.
Shipping Destinations We are happy to offer shipping to Canada as well as any U.S. state. We do ship internationally as well. All shipping costs will be prepaid by the buyer. The shipping quote will be offered at the checkout.
Receiving Your Parcel Canada Post or USPS will attempt to deliver your package to the address that you provide. If you are not available to receive your order, you will receive a notice to pick up your order at your designated post office.
